(a) constitution
means:
1.憲法、規約、政体 ・(The country's constitution needs to be changed. : その国の憲法は改正されるべきだ。)

The U.S. Constitution says that the census must be taken every 10 years.

(b) Resident
mean; (noun)
〔特定の場所に長期間住む〕居住者

(adj.)

(example)
Residents will be asked the number of people living in each household as well as their age, race and whether they own their home or rent.


(c) census
means: (noun) 人口調査、全数調査

  1. Good job! As I told you, it is best to only include the part of the dictionary definition that relates to the context in which you found the word. Otherwise, this is very good.
